I’ve been going to Pecks Jewelers for over 45 years. I bought my first diamond there about 25 years ago. And I will continue to give them my business for the rest of my life. Jeff, the owner is an amazing guy and has always taken such good care of me. It’s sad that he’s a Dodgers fan. That’s literally the only bad thing I can say about him. Probably one of the greatest guys I’ve ever met. Thanks for the great years of service Jeff!!!!

Peck’s is all about the quality and personal touch. Could find exactly what I wanted, so Jeff built it. Seriously. Customer made ring and beautiful stone. Wife is extremely happy which is all I wanted to see. Thanks again.

I have been going to Peck’s for 26 years. The quality and customer service has always been top notch . On more than one occasion, Jeff has created beautiful custom jewelry for me. Most recently, I wanted a pair of opal earrings and Jeff was so patient with me while I sifted through multiple stones until I was able to find the perfect pair of stones. He then set them into beautiful gold settings. Jeff and Peck’s have a customer for life in me.

I started to go to Pecks Jewelers when they were in the Sherwood mall, not that long ago… I have always received great customer service so when it was time to upgrade my wedding ring and diamond, I started there. The customer service I received was excellent. Jeff listened to my wants, my needs, and designed my next ring. Jeff even offered for me wear the ring over a weekend to ensure that design would work with my busy hands. It’s been about two years now and the Peck’s team takes care of my ring and minor repairs for other jewelry at no charge. I feel like Jeff and his team take care of me like I am making a big purchase every time I go into the store. It is so nice to see that level of excellent customer service in our community. I can see why they have been in business for so many years or decades. A big thank you to Jeff and the team at Peck’s Jewelers.

Peck’s took my husband’s great grandmother’s diamond that he gifted me for our engagement, and carefully placed it into a new set not once, but twice over the last ten years. Jeff and his team have always been kind and professional. They are the real deal and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Excellent experience. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He customized a new engagement ring exactly how we wanted it down to the most intricate details. I had an amazing experience working with Jeff! He was incredibly flexible, working around our busy schedules and even staying late after closing to meet with us. Jeff was incredibly patient throughout the design process, with excellent communication as we went back-and-forth until the ring was just right. He offered thoughtful suggestions, and I love how the radiant-cut and emerald-cut combination makes it look so custom—the pavé diamonds add a perfect touch. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, with impeccable attention to detail. We weren’t expecting him to finish in time, but he pleasantly surprised us by completing it for our 20th anniversary! Plus, he’s currently sizing up my other ring so I can wear it on my right hand. As the owner of the shop, Jeff really spends quality time with each customer, which is why he’s rated the number one jeweler in all of San Joaquin. He’s also the only certified gemologist appraiser in the county. Being a family-owned and operated business, you can tell they’ve been in business for a long time by the care they take with everyone. Highly recommend!
